@TheOrionbeltseeker I guess they only allow you to change it once, then you have to keep it for awhile.
Explain in email to administrators that you didn’t know this and if they can help you change it and that you won’t change it again.
I guess they want to prevent people from constantly changing names and causing confusion and chaos.
