Do you get attached to people online too easily?

Is this an emotional or psychological issue, something that needs to be addressed or is it okay and normal.

It has never been an issue for me and I don't understand "online heartbreaks". I'm too paranoid to get emotionally invested in someone I can't be physically present with and observe them irl. Or I simply never met someone that would sweep me off my feet. I guess people don't provide enough data for me to attach to.
