I'm exhausted.

I am writing now cause I've been postponing doing that for ages and it feels like I forgot what it is like to express myself.
I'm exhausted.
I'm torn between the stress of work, being responsible for preparation of a major event at work, my mental health disorder fluctuations (haven't been taking my meds consistently💔), lack of sleep, stress at home, quarrels with friends...
It is just a lot. I am usually more eloquent than that but I'm truly overwhelmed and it is hard to process everything...
Just writing to vent and gain back confidence about expressing what's going on in my head.

Scream it out on paper. Its good to just spill it, dont think or edit it.....just literary catharsis
