How do you stop hating people 🎒🥾🤷🏼I tried ok? A year and a half wasted helping someone that pretended to be my friend.

I have been wronged by plenty of people myself too, but I refuse to hate because hating someone is taking something away from me not them. The best thing to do is learn your lesson from the people that wronged you and find people that won't. That's how you get past it. And yes I know it's harder to do than say I too am struggling with it but I refuse to stoop to hate because then I'm giving power to people that hurt me.
