Went to a friend gathering last night, it was nice but I felt like I couldn’t keep up with the conversations

I felt like I had nothing interesting to say and when I did, they would outwit me really fast like lightning fast. I feel really slow.😓😓😓 maybe it’s because I don’t work I’m too inactive
