Try to spend more time outside. Seems like getting some air and sun helps to think better and bring hope back. Try to take small decisions and actions right in front of you throughout the day to keep going forward. Eat well, sleep well, move. That makes a difference. Do many things until you find something that makes you feel better. Try to connect with someone face to face. There are still some good people. If you don't enjoy doing anything, find a good therapist that can help you find the root of the depression. From there, you will know better how to surmount it. Above all, remind yourself how strong you are, you've been through a lot, you are so strong you will prevail again! I wish you to feel revived and better as soon as possible. ❤
