Write a list of all the things you COULD do. Then choose one that you Will Do, and go do it. Negotiate rewards for yourself. It’s amazing how the boredom goes away (or tolerable), when you are busy working through your list. Maybe you are lonely, not bored. That’s different, but being busy can help with that too, sometimes.
