Cooler Weather

Reminds me I am behind the 8 ball on firewood. I have plenty of cord length dry that needs to be cut and split, but almost none that is stove ready.

I need to get my shit together. It takes about three of these to heat the house over the winter...


They say heating with wood heats you three times...once when you cut it, once when you split it and again when you burn it.

I am a tree hugger.

I hug small pieces of tree on my way to the stove.
