Hello from Amsterdam! I hope you are having a good day, it’s a Saturday so no need to get up too early for many. I have been to a Pilates class already!

Being social is a very good trait of character and keeping in contact with friends (or possible future friends) has a positive effect on your well being.

However, I would like to caution you that not everyone on a social media seems to be who they pretend to be. Be careful what you share and you should be OK.
