@Riemann It can tbh. But the problem is my country's government is messed up.
They ban vehicles on the basis of age assuming that they have emissions but don't have facts.
This is my dad's motorcyle which is almost 30 years ago and still runs well. You'd be surprised that it's fairly cheap to maintain too as compared to newer vehicles. Nobody is going to accept or understand this. They'd rather cut down more trees for buildings that aren't needed than make rational laws.
