I enjoy words of wisdom

Looking to make friends with other people who are oriented toward a peaceful, enjoyable life. I've grown tired of Facebook and all the competitiveness & snubbery that goes with it. I am not into politics.
Preferably other parents, people who love the outdoors, gardening, are health conscious, and are thinkers.
I'm Albany New York born & raised, but I've made a home in Florida with my husband and we love it here.
