Best Friends
Maria and Simmie are my best friends, we have been living here together in Madrid since lockdown was imposed again, although we have been touring Spain. We have a last phase of our walk to complete before we return to university, Santander to Santiago de Compostella.
We have met some great people along the way! Some we are in regular contact with via email, and we have been talking about our lives here trapped in the capital, counting down the days to the end of lockdown, once the vaccine has been freely distributed to the vulnerable populace.
