Sometimes no matter how much we want people to sort themselves out

it is just not going to happen.
Watching getting their life back together, making forward progress gives me a good feeling.
Then there is a break of months where there is no contact.
Contact is reestablished and I find out that person has crashed again.
Gone back to old habits, drinking, drugging, jobless, directionless.
Eventually one needs to let them go to get through life how they see fit.
And difficult and sad as that is.

How many times should anyone forgive? And why is that true? 🤷🏻‍♂

It has similarities in other beliefs with reincarnation.

Not saying any beliefs are true.

Yet there are reasons everything changes as well. Even when things repeat.
yes drop them ive had to do it many times, so now i dont have anybody bringing me down, making me feel likeim theone with the problem

@jefferson As sad as it is, we just have to let them go their own way.
Maybe bump into them years down the track, if they've survived. 🙁

You can only meet people where they are.

I'm not sure why it's easy Street for some, hell for others. resources?

@StygianKohlrabi I think the right advice early in life has a big part to play.
Making decisions that will not be disadvantageous to us goes a long way to "Easier Street"
Listening to those wiser than us and putting into practice their advice.
Not accepting that "No one is perfect" as an excuse to "Fall by the wayside"
@Gusman i tink somepeople are just bad, always have been, selfish, lazy, nothing you can do will chang, sometimes a woman can change a man, but only whilst shes there
