Rise and shine!
.....but no 'shine' today.....feeling so tired and groggy! Its almost 11am and I've just got up! I still have this cold and sore throat.
It was a rough day at school yesterday. My sciatica kicked in and by the time i'd got home from work I could barely put one foot in front of the other. After a hot bath i dosed up on painkillers and anti inflamatries and went to bed. So.. I've just got up.....the pain in my back and leg has died down a lot.
I have shedloads to do today.....i'm gonna take it easy....hey...I've got all weekend.
The washing is on, and i'm gonna put yesterdays laundry away, then I'm going to take myself out for lunch to my fave little cafe in the park.
If the weather holds...i've got a little project in the garden i want to get on with....i'm looking forward to doing that.
