SO my colon perforated and spilled massive infection out into my gut, AND i was not allowed to eat for 2 days as my body worked on reparing itself and the anti-biotics took care of the worst of the infection i had, well in that time i fantasized about a cheese omelet, with bacon, hashbrowns, and a waffle, and apple juice.... i feel you on the dream meal

@Wolfgirl567 i got that impression as you have hospital food, and are talking of an EGD and surgery, unless your barber does that i figured hospital

@DiegoWolfe the fruit with cottage cheese was good I'm ready for my breakfast this morning but I can't eat till after the scope I'm scared I never been put asleep before

@Wolfgirl567 okay from personal experience it is not that bad, you will start to feel like your head is swimming like you had to much to drink, and you will get sleepy and then wake up when done in the recovery ward to a lovely nurse aggressively telling you get up cause you need to show that you are okay
