I had physiotherapy and, a UV light treatment in the city. I am exhausted and in pain for I have to go get my hair cut soon. Blah.

@ChiefJustWalks you have such a nice voice. I have 3 types of arthritis, that’s where a lot of my pain comes from for me. Psoriatic arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis and osteoarthritis.

I get my hair cut every 3 weeks 🤭. I enjoy it, I am just really tired today and hurting.
