The traffic was bad this morning and I’m later than planned

Finding your way through the morning rush in any city is fraught with challenges and Roma is no exception to the rule even with the volume of public use of buses and trains. I approached my office from a much better trajectory than I had anticipated.

I dropped the girls at the best time for them and they were happy if not a little trepidatious about the day with the whole school present. I am not sure what Chiara’s first lessons are but she was happy to take her phys/ed kit in with her. Not sure if she has it today or if she is anticipating it will be easier for her to take it in today.

I will collect them all this afternoon and after a departmental meeting that was scheduled for today by my directorial colleagues in the latest drive to profitability. I’m not sure if the team will be ready for this next session from management.
