@JestAJester It's all mind over matter. You can choose to dwell on things or you can choose to get back up, dust yourself off & keep on moving. I get down sometimes too but I try really hard to just take one to the chin & look towards the sky. Until everything goes helter sketer all at once. That's a little more difficult to come back from right away :(
