Happy Monday, my friend! Hope your day ROCKS!!! I am going out today to see if Comcast can help me with my 6 month old cell phone for which I have to pay another year and a half, which has suddenly stopped working!

@Musicman Thank you for best comment! They made me buy a NEW phone, because the battery in my phone is not working properly after only 6 months, and now I am paying for TWO phones, including one which doesn't work. AND in addition to the $28 I had to pay for the new phone, they will charge me an additional fee of $25 next month.

If I want the old phone repaired, I have to take it to a repair place and pay for the new battery AND the repair.

@4meAndyou I'm sorry, but that is just wrong! 😡😡😡😡 When companies do stuff like this I find it very upsetting.
