When a co-worker pops up to tell me shes seen my ex at the pub. Ugh, gut punch. 😑

Don't tell people about the movements of their exs, we don't need to know.

@Kuronekko 🤔maybe he still hits a raw nerve with you but why does it matter what he does . he has moved on and going his own way now and maybe you should perhaps try and do the same and put him out of your head

@smiler2012 It's been a matter of weeks and it still hurts a lot. I am doing my best to move on but it's a slow process and so it should be. You need to deal with feelings rather than moving straight onto the next thing. I wish him the best with his new life, I really do, but I don't want to know about it from the people around me and I think that's perfectly reasonable. I'm just a human.

@Kuronekko right i am sorry i did not realise it was so recent and eveything you say is right it must be hard for you too deal with and you have my heart felt sympathy there

@smiler2012 Thank you. I am being healthy about it, no contact and no watching him on social media etc. I'm staying busy and positive. That's all I can do until it's just a memory.
