What is your morning ritual?

What do you do when you first wake up in the morning? Do you wake up naturally or by an alarm clock? If you work in the morning when you do you to be at work by?

Alarm clock on work days.

Routine depends on whether working at home or not.

If I'm going to the office I get in the shower first. Then eat breakfast.

If at home eat then probably just get into work then shower / dress later maybe
