Being retired I really like Mondays. The kids are in school. Their parents are working. All the stores are open and I can actually get into places without the crowds.

@Musicman Most of the time I have to wait until 3pm to go to walmart, the disability crowd usually hits in the mornings and earlier in the afternoon, when all the handicap spots are full and scooters are out, before 3pm it's a gamble.

@NativePortlander1970 I try going after 9 pm. I absolutely hate the crowds there.

@Musicman Yeah, late night is more peaceful, but, our local closes at 10pm, it doesn't give much time to browse.

@NativePortlander1970 Personally I call Walmart "the hated place". I definitely don't browse. The faster I can get in and out the better.
