Being retired I really like Mondays. The kids are in school. Their parents are working. All the stores are open and I can actually get into places without the crowds.

@Musicman Yeah, late night is more peaceful, but, our local closes at 10pm, it doesn't give much time to browse.

@NativePortlander1970 Personally I call Walmart "the hated place". I definitely don't browse. The faster I can get in and out the better.
