I woke up this morning upside down in bed

Like my head was at the foot of the bed. Should I be concerned?

@itsok yes, this was when I was a teenager.. luckily the house had one floor.

@Mooed78 that sounds like it would be scary. Were you sleep walking? Do you have a history of sleep walking?

@itsok yes I used to sleep walk, I don’t anymore. After going to therapy for ptsd it cured the sleep walking too.
