The car started making a new noise, this morning

Sorta like water. It had rained last night, so I assumed there must've been some water somewhere. Oddly enough the noise started when braking, but then I couldn't reproduce it by braking further or turning. Odd.

I had to go to work so I didn't have much time to check. I've spent 5h thinking about all the places where water could've gone and that I didn't check. "Hopefully not the engine".

Turned out, yesterday evening I was watching the video of a guy walking in a Finnish forest, the phone paired to the car stereo and the app I use for YT assumed it was music and streamed it. 🤦‍♂️

Sounds to me like your brakes are wet. Believe me when I tell you if there was water in the engine, your car wouldn't start. The good news about your brakes is, they'll dry out. If not, you should stop in at your local brake specialist.

I've changed all four discs last August! Next thing to replace is the tires 😔
