Good Afternoon, but please read Morning or Evening if you live far from the centre of the known world.

Actually where I live is not very central. On the old maps it says There Be Dragons!
I am on holiday from school and college. I did have a lot of lifeguard shifts for the first week but I am free this week and next.
I am looking forward to going away to my new college in September. Still looking for a place to live! I sort of have a place but they are doing checks to make sure I'm trustworthy!
Meanwhile it's quite busy on the farm. There is lladd gwair. It literally means killing grass but it's the Welsh way of saying cutting hay. I am not involved in that. You have to drive those huge machines that cut, then turn then collect and wrap the hay. All I have to do is look after the sheep. They don't need feeding, just make sure they have water, but they don't drink a lot.

I've done farm work and a though it sounds idealic it's really hard work. Even driving those big machines is a challenge. It's good to hear everything is going well down on the farm. Try and enjoy a bit of the summer it'll be over before you know it.

@Majorlatency I know. I start my new college less than a month from now. I can drive a tractor. But the machinery is massive. I wouldn't know where to start!
@Blodyn the ignition key is a handy beginning point.

I know it can be a challenge, enjoy while you can the nights are drawing in!

@Majorlatency The new tractors don't have a key. And I was driving tractors when I was 13! Not on the road!
I shall not be on the farm when the evenings are dark. I'm going away to college soon.
@Blodyn That's exciting.. Good luck and keep well!

Cael penwythnos gwych!
