She is distracted by her bf but does not mean she doesn't want to be your best friend anymore just means she does not think.
If the bf was taken out the picture today then tomorrow she would be hanging out with you again like nothing happened

He was out of the picture for a few months recently.
Nothing changed, she only came around to ask me to buy her alcohol or wanted something, she would ask hang out, and as soon as I gave her what she wanted, she would say she was going to hang out with someone else, and leave right away.
this happened repetetly till I felt so use that I stopped hanging out with her, I just couldn't do it any longer. She never wanted to be around me for me, and now she's going around saying ive never been a friend, when I never asked or expected anything from her like the way she did me.
