HOMELESS IN BERLIN? SURVIVAL TIPS IN BERLIN.
If you are homeless, there are a lot of homeless shelters. I've build one myself. They give you food and shower and a place to stay over at night. There's some for only girls also.
As a last resort, if you have German insurance (please give everybody Allah) then go to emergency room and act crazy. They will admit you for days and they are not locked. There is food, video games and therapy and social with whom you can comfortably discuss your situation. At least in the crazy section where I am.
ummm, you can have a home to stay at for a longer time. A few months. They also give you social.

I suggested that 'addicts' who 'want' to recover, that they should not be tied up or put in a locked room ever. Otherwise, there will be Allah's curse upon whoever messes with them.
