Do i leave her?

People say that if you feel like you're begging to be loved they arent worth your time. Is that true? I've already been by her side for 11 years. I haven't felt like im enough for her since i was old enough to feel that way. But i love her. I dont like her but i love her. If she makes me want to kill myself, is that really her fault? She doesnt realize it so, can i blame her? But it still hurts. Do i leave?
