What and who is a friend?

There is a huge difference between a friend and an acquaintance, and i believe, only a time tested connection which has survived up and downs of the grind should be called friend!

How do you define someone being your friend?

@exexec And helped you carry the bulging, too-heavy carpet in the middle of the night, didn't ask where you were going or why, hopped in to the passenger's side after loading digging tools, helped dig a deep, out-of-the-way hole, cover it up, and cleaned the truck & tools and you, all without you asking a thing.

And never again inquired after your wife.
