It's weird when someone I barely talk to considers me their friend

Even if we might've been closer to where you would say we were friends at one point, we really don't interact a whole lot anymore and haven't for a long time. We're not enemies, but we've grown apart to where we're more acquaintances than anything else. I guess, I'm glad they still consider me a friend, but it's awkward for me that they do. That might be a bit mean, but it's not like I'm not pleased with us remaining on good terms with each other. It's just... we're not friends. 🤷‍♀

Personally it depends on how close we were, and where we're at now. Some of my best friends lives in other countries now, so I hardly see them, and some of them I might go months without speaking to, but when we talk it's like nothing has changed and I still consider them some of my closest friends (I also know I can contact them whenever and they will pick up). While others I don't feel that way with anymore 🥹

However if you don't feel like that, then yes it's weird 🥹
