Do you trust members of SimilarWorlds who don’t have any friends, hide their friends, or no post but still send you messages or talk to you in private

It’s always interesting to see how people navigate privacy here. If someone has no friends listed, hides their friend list, or doesn’t post much, does that make you trust them less, more, or not affect your trust at all?

Nope, I wouldn't trust them a bit. Our profile page, IMO, is here for a reason. It's here to let other people know WHO we are and WHAT our interests are. People who visit out profile pages can then decide if they want to comment on our posts, etc.

When a person follows me and I know absolutely nothing about them, I visit their profile page, and if it is blank and the person is hiding everything, I do NOT follow them back.

And thankfully, NO one can DM me unless I DM them first.

@LarryZ Under preferences, I set my account to Non-Adult. That preference filters out a lot of the disgusting stuff. People who want to DM me can message my whiteboard, which is public for all to see.
