Don't you think honesty stains friendship ?

I went to my best friend, and told her in all honesty what I did not like about her behavior with people, and the things she does to me that I don't like; like showing off and things, and we had a conversation where I told her everything I didn't like and she told me everything she did not like. We really opened up to each other.
But since that day, there is a really strange atmosphere when we're together, I don't know. It wasn't like that before that conversation. Can't really explained. I still love her to death, and I'm sure she still loves me , but there is this strange air when we're together now....

It can. People in general don't like hearing things that conflict with their beliefs and opinions. It forces them to struggle with their thoughts, and they typically resort to antipathy to avoid that struggle. That's why it's important to make friends who are willing to listen. They're much more likely to respect your honesty. It also depends on how you frame your opinions as well. Coming off too strong or too blunt naturally tends to make people defensive
