"Not answering a question is an answer in itself." What's your opinion?

I would agree to some extent that it might not always be. But it sure sends a message after or during a fight. In the majority of cases, it can most assuredly be seen as an answer.

Disagree. There are many reasons to do that. Lack of interest in the question, lack of an answer, not wanting to create controversy...

No, not necessarily. There are so many questions. If you don't answer, you don't participate. And if it is directed to you and you ignore it, it could mean any number of things.
