What is someone to me if they are the daughter of my non blood related uncles sister?

@MartinTheFirst non blood related uncle means the wife of that uncle is related to her, so it's her aunt. The sister of her aunt is either her mother, or another aunt. So that daughter is either her, or a cousin.
