Do you know someone that HAS to be right all the time?

How do you cope with someone who is insanely upset if you don’t care or agree with their sense of being right about something?

Usually if I understand where someone is coming from I can cope with them. But I don’t understand people who believe everything they say is right, and if your opinion differs, they get angry, because they feel as if you are saying they are wrong...and it can be something as simple as a toilet paper preference!

Some people just put up with it? Because of society? If it’s too much I usually ignore them...by avoiding them... zero interaction... I suppose that looks like tolerance@sspec

Because they've more than likely lived a life of lies. I have humility therefore I can be wrong. People sont adopt that and see it as a bad thing were they are wrong. Ego hurt

Hmmmm a life of lies.i get the ego part. I’m unclear and uncertain about the life of lies. I get that it’s a power trip? Pleasure from thinking and believing they are smarter than everyone else. It’s childish to get upset when some thinks differently about something materialistic who cares? It is possible that it has to do with money...choosing something based on the rule of money, believing that is more important than someone’s preference? But I find it rude and disrespectful. It’s my money!@Gangstress

@Mindful life of lies being people they know become agreeable around then. Even though they're wrong. So they pander to their ego. Most people are still in child like states and forget that opinions differ and when they dont they become bitter and hurt. I know a girl who is exactly like that and I can see why she is like that. Shes a weak ass woman and no one has told her different

My fiance's dad is a lot like that. I usually try to ignore him and on my merry little way.
