If I changed my age would more cool people message me?

I noticed that the site doesn't let me message a lot of people. And I can't see a lot of profiles. If I changed my age would people want to chat with me even if I'm younger?

Many people have blocked your age range, because they don't want the FBI knocking on their door. If they have mature content in their posts, they might actually have to worry about that.

@ashlin If you change your age you will be opening yourself up to some nasty stuff from men, who will believe you are fair game. There are many predatory men on ALL social websites.

@ashlin I had to mark my account as Non-Mature to get rid of them. But because of your age, you have to think about the welfare of other people besides yourself. You may feel very clever in fooling people about your age, but if they are arrested by the FBI for being child whatevers, they will hate you forever.

@ashlin Because you are a female, unless you put your age as 60 to 69, creeps and fakes will still bother you here. The best thing to do if you want to be a fake is remove your photo and your gender, and change your age to extremely old, and then no creepy types will bother you.
