Do wealthy people have REAL friends?

I'm talking Mega-wealthy people...like millionaires/billionaires. Do they TRULY have friendships? Or just groupies who want to hang with them because they're rich? Do they have "fake" friends who are also mega-wealthy who want to hang with them for social prestige? I guess that's actually a lot of questions, but thought it might explain my question a little bit better.

Sure they do... but it is risky because there is a sense of what each provides the other in the way of status and affluence.
