should people's opinions about you matter to you?

Sometimes yes. Totally. Especially those I love.

Not really cause in the end of the day it’s my life and it’s myself
I don’t really care about what people think of me people who are too busy thinking about how people think of their personality and look never achieve anything in their life instead they waste their time pretending to be someone they aren’t.

Think carefully about the people you really respect...and what it is about them you either respect or love. If you are modeling your own behavior on those people, and you are yourself worthy of respect, then you can be proud, and needn't care one bit about those who are, themselves, not worthy of respect.

Only people you care about

Some people care for you & give genuine advice that they think is best for us but still i would not choose to go with it as its their experience not mine & i don't want to blame it on anyone for not trying rather be responsible for my decisions

No. Other people's opinion of you is none of your business.
If you're a reasonable human being there's no logical reason why anyone should think ill of you.

sometimes. if most of the people around you think you’re behaving like an asshole, then it’s time to take an extra look at yourself

There are only a small few who's opinions I'll listen to.

I will say no, but i end up caring and it eats away my true nature
