She means well

My friend is currently spamming me with a ton of self help videos from YouTube "how to talk so your autistic child will listen" "coping with anger after loss" etc I don't think youtube is going to fix the shit show that is my life but would you watch any of them?

If I was desperate enough for ideas, I would. What could it hurt?

I give many self help books, articles and videos a chance. Many are so vague and don't really make me believe I'm worth love even with many issues. But sometimes one line or phrase will really jump out at me, and I am glad I watched or read it.
When it comes to autistic kids, yeah...id give anything gander over, (you never know whats gonna work with them).

Self help is very personal thing.

I get she means well, but you do kinda get sick of well meaning people.
Which sounds cruel....but they do get exhausting.... and life is already that 🤷‍♀
I dunno, in kind of skeptical until i build the trust with who is saying the information
