Are you a friends or a no-friends person? Are you a social butterfly or prefer to be on your own?
I'm a no-friends person, and I prefer to be on my own. Always been that way since day 0 of my life. I would rather be home alone, in peace with emotional safety and security of my own company.
My second ex is the complete opposite to that - she's massively social always planning/plotting/scheming to do social things. My 8 y/o daughter is mostly like her because she lives 3/5 with her mum and 2/5 with me.
Dunno about my first ex.
How about you? Being social (or not) is a very subjective thing.
I would suggest it's possible to 'roughly' categorise the situation into women being taught/conditioned to be social, and men being taught/conditioned to not be, but I know that's very much a rough generalisation. Perhaps this relates to women being driven by hypergamy, and men for the most part couldn't give a rats ass about that.
