Yesterday was a really good morning
My one of my favorite people that goes to the crochet group showed up and no one else, so I got to spend time talking to her one on one.
I love her because she is intelligent, has very practical views of the world and what is going on in America. We often agree and have similar ways of thinking.
We talked about writing and world building, creating for books and D&D campaigns and how hard it is to build a horror atmosphere without simply saying, "This shits scary, yo!" We talked about issues we have with trying to tie the plot to subplots, red herrings and various other things required to build the perfect tension.
I haven't talked about writing in a long time and it made me very wistful to start it back up again.
Maybe I should start a woman's writing group...🤔
