I have a coworker I'd like to be friends with outside of work

But she's got a hubs, kid, etc. Not sure she'd even have time to hang out. 😔 I rarely meet people I feel really comfortable with, but I do feel instantly comfortable with her. Maybe I'll work up the nerve to ask if she wants to hang out outside of work one day. I feel intrusive taking time away from her hubs and kid though, which is what's holding me back.

My wife has a couple of women friends she hangs out with. We are older and don't have kids at home now except for grandkids. She is very close to these women and I think it helps her maintain her sanity. She may jump at the chance for a break.
