Is he my boyfriend or not?

This boy is in my year at school and sometimes he walks home a bit with me and kisses me on the cheek.
Other days he plays football with his friends and just waves and smiles which is sort of nice.
We sometimes watch the boys football team and he just says hello to me.
His friends say he likes me but I'm not sure if he is playing a game or not.
