Is it normal?

I have a friend whom i talked to everyday for past few years and suddenly he wants talk on schedule like only om friday,saturday and sunday, is this considered normal friendship?

Friends that make time for one another do we'll, however this would have to be done with the Grace of knowing that not all days/dates will be achieved. Both of you need to be ok with that.
