Simple fix. Take the good arm off of one and attack it to the other Since both pairs have the opposite arms broken off. Tape, glue, Sodder, come on if you broke them, you could fix them.

PS: Lock Tight would work wonders on the Arm replacement, but just remember you won't be able to fold the arms in after wards! LOL
