I remember when I flew into Rome. My hotel was in Parioli. Know that neighborhood near Borghese Park? First thing after I unpacked, I left the hotel and took a walk through Borghese Park. Headed all the way to the Pincio. Looked out over Rome's skyline. I could see the Vatican and the dome of the Pantheon. Thrilling beauty. Walked around Piazza del Popolo. Know the two identical church buildings? Took a walk down Via Babuino. Enchanting afternoon. I love Rome!! When I win the lottery I'm going to get something deluxe in Rome!!
