Moved to a new town

I moved to a new town and I’m really not used to change I’m (29M) I feel very bored and lonely, what should i do to overcome this fear of approaching someone and talking to them!

A new start, reinvent yourself, nobody knows you, start conversations, giving positive compliments to strangers, a friend is someone you haven't met yet...see the beauty in your surroundings....don't be afraid to try something new ..
