Moved to a new town

Moving to a new area and not knowing anyone could be challenging. Maybe look to volunteer. Nice way to meet people and do useful things for others. I used to have a lot of anxiety reaching out to others in my younger days. One day, one of my older friends told me "Al, if you walk into a room of 100 people, 30 of them are not going to like you no matter what you say, how you look, or what car you drive. Besides, it's none of you business what they think anyway". I thought about it and it made so much practical sense, I never forgot it.

Take small steps. You'll get there.

A new start, reinvent yourself, nobody knows you, start conversations, giving positive compliments to strangers, a friend is someone you haven't met yet...see the beauty in your surroundings....don't be afraid to try something new ..
