Is my friend toxic?

Shes great to talk to but there are things she does that just dont make sense. She always goes after (or at least says shes going to) guys that she knows her friends like even though shes friends with her real crush so whats the point if she doesnt even want our crushes like we do. Also since we're a trio she seems to always be trying to make me feel jealous of the third girl in our trio by making it painfully obvious to me that she only wants to talk to her. Its like she needs me to be obsessed with her when really i like the third girl better so its not really working for her. Idk, the way she acts is just so odd. Lmk if im being dramatic abt this.
